Asheville Christian Academy’s K4 program provides age-appropriate activities and learning to promote academic, physical, and spiritual development. These activities are set in a Christ-centered, warm, loving, safe, and supportive environment as a foundation for a positive school experience.

Classroom activities are designed to promote foundational thinking and listening skills. The following curricula are used in the academic areas of study: Christian Schools International (Bible), Association of Christian Schools International (Language Arts), and Harcourt Math. Along with thematic units and special classes in music, PE, and library, the students enjoy a well-balanced education.

By providing a developmental readiness program with an emphasis on letters and phonics, Asheville Christian Academy’s K4 program strives to prepare children for Kindergarten with an understanding of the concepts, skills and attitudes necessary for academic success.
