Other General Information
Non-Refundable Application fee per family............... $175.00
The application fee covers the admissions process and is non-refundable unless ACA is unable to enroll the student.
Entrance Testing

Enrollment Deposit.......................................................... $500.00
Upon acceptance new families will be given 30 days to acknowledge placement and remit the deposit. The deposit is applied toward tuition costs. For acceptances prior to February 1, the deposit will be due March 1.
Parent-Partners Academy Fee..................................... $300.00
New families enrolling at ACA are charged a $300 Parent-Partners Academy fee. ACA believes so strongly in the parent/school partnership that upon enrollment, new parents are required to participate in a two-session Parent-Partners Academy. After completing both sessions, the $300 is credited back to the family's account.
Payment Options: The Business Office will issue to new families a tuition contract for the remaining balance upon receipt of the Enrollment Deposit. Payment options are:

One Advance Payment of the full amount payable by August 15 of the current school year.

Two Equal Payments are due (first half payable by August 15; second half payable by January 1)

Monthly Payments begin in June prior to the start of the school year. The full amount must be paid by May 1 of the following year.

Programs for Academic Support and Success (PASS) are available for students who have been diagnosed by a licensed school psychologist or physician with a learning disability, processing deficits or ADD/ADHD. Part-Time Enrollment: ACA welcomes homeschooling part-time students to join our learning community. Enrollment is open to students entering grades 9-12 and is dependent on space available. Please contact the school for details and costs.
