ACA Middle SchoolThe middle school is a community of sixth through eighth grade students who are in transition from childhood to adolescence. Daily Bible instruction, weekly chapels, a spritual emphasis week, and the integration of biblical viewpoint by knowledgable teachers in each of the disciplines creates a rich spiritual environment in which students have the opportunity to develop their walk with Christ. Structured social activities like field days, retreats, student government initiatives, and a spring banquet allow ample opportunities for students to learn social graces and appropriate interaction with others. A staff of competent teachers challenges the intellectual growth of students by stretching their minds in abstract thinking while maintaining sensitivity to minds still in need of concrete operations. Physical education classes and athletic offerings complete the program making for a well-rounded student ready for the rigors of upper school education. |
