In the seventh and eighth grades, music becomes an elective option for all students. During these grades students are able to participate in both choir and band. The Middle School choir becomes more of a focused ensemble and performs not only in school productions but at music festivals as well.
In Upper School, the choir is a fully developed performance ensemble. Consisting of approximately 40 students, they perform advanced repertoire with an emphasis on generating fine choral technique. Students in this ensemble are encouraged to be part of the Upper School musical as an extra-curricular activity.
